Layouts and positions
Every layout is a way of arranging the Wings, where your saved views wait, around the stage, the page you are working on.
Layouts

Your page takes the stage and your saved views fill the Wings beside it. Drag the divider between them to resize (double-click to reset). Theater needs at least one saved view. |
On phones, Earmark always uses a swipeable carousel along the bottom, revealed when you scroll to the end of the page.
Positions
Earmark can sit in nine places: the left or right edge (top, centre or bottom) or along the bottom (left, centre or right).

Changing side slides the saved views off their edge and back in along the new one.

- Drawer: only a small + handle clings to the edge. Hovering it slides the saved views out, and they tuck away again when the pointer leaves. Along the bottom, the drawer also opens when the page is scrolled to the end.
- Always: saved views stay on screen.
Controls
The layout switch, position switch and settings gear sit right beside the saved views and appear when the visitor hovers them. In Theater they are centred along the bottom of the grid.
