Quick start

Once <x-earmark> wraps your page content, try this on any page:

1. Press + at the edge of the screen. The page steps into the Wings and a fresh copy loads on the stage.
2. Go somewhere else in your app. The saved page keeps running in the Wings.
3. Click its thumbnail. It swaps back onto the stage instantly, exactly as you left it.

Things to try

• Save a page with a chart or a polling component, then watch its thumbnail keep updating.
• Half-fill a form, save it, go elsewhere, and come back. Every field is still filled in.
• Hover the Dock to magnify thumbnails, or open the settings gear to change the layout.
• Lock a view with the padlock so it is never replaced or frozen.

Setting per-page options

Every option can be set on the component for that layout:

Or app-wide in config/earmark.php. Visitors can then adjust their own view from the settings panel, and their choices always win over your defaults.
